Shipping policy

At Coast Cali, we ship across Australia and to New Zealand, and we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

🇦🇺 Australia

Free shipping.
Enjoy free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $150, Standard Shipping is $5.00 and Express Shipping is $10.00 (maximum order value of $300), calculated at checkout.

Dispatch time.
We process and dispatch orders the same or next business day. Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched that day; orders placed later, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times.
Once dispatched, please allow:

  • Standard: 2–8 business days
  • Express: 1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer for regional and remote areas.

Tracking.
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Express availability.
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note Express shipping is not available for our Static Bar within Australia.

🇳🇿 New Zealand

Shipping rates.
We ship to New Zealand, with shipping calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Free shipping is not currently available for New Zealand orders.

We process and dispatch orders the same or next business day. Orders placed before 1pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched that day; orders placed later, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times.
Once dispatched, please allow:

  • Standard: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs or border processing.

Tracking.
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Incorrect address or uncollected orders

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect in time will incur a re-shipping fee.
