Refund policy

At Coast Cali, we take customer satisfaction seriously and want to ensure every customer receives products that meet their expectations.

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we have established the following return and warranty policy:

Returns for Faulty or Damaged Products

Returns for faulty or damaged products will be accepted within 5 days of the receiving date. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, which will be refunded if the product is found to be faulty. To initiate a return, the buyer must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and provide proof of the issue, such as photos or videos.

Once the return is approved, the buyer must return the product in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. Proof of return, such as a tracking number, must be provided in order for us to process the refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or that are made after the 5-day period. Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse.

12-Month Warranty Coverage

All Coast Cali products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or modification. It also excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, and consumable items such as chalk or other perishable training accessories.

Parallettes Anti-Slip Pads

Due to the unknown nature of the surfaces the Parallettes may be placed on, we cannot guarantee the integrity or performance of the anti-slip pads. For this reason, Parallettes anti-slip pads are not covered under warranty and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
