Shipping policy

 

At Coast Cali, we offer free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $99.00AUD, $5.00 for Standard Shipping and $10.00 for Express Shipping. Please allow 2-8 Days for Standard delivery and 1-4 Days for Express Delivery. Fees or shipping delays may apply to orders shipped to rural or remote areas. If you are unsure if your address qualifies for free shipping, please contact us at hello@coastcali.com.au and we will be happy to provide you with more information.

New Zealand orders are charged based on weight and have a shipping duration of 5-8 business days.

We do no offer express shipping on our Static Bar within Australia at this time. Due to shipping cost we do not offer international shipping of our Static Bar to New Zealand at this stage.

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Australia. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. For rural or remote areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.

If you require express shipping, please select this option during checkout for an additional fee. Express shipping is not available for orders shipped to rural, remote areas as well as International shipments to New Zealand.

Any shipped orders returned to Coast Cali due to providing the wrong address or not collected on time will incur a re-shipping fee.
